New CIO at Equifax

Atlanta-based credit information provider Equifax Inc. has named David Webb its new chief information officer.

Mr. Webb will handle the company's global technology strategy and drive product innovation.
Mr. Webb has more than 25 years of experience, having worked for Fortune 100 firms like Goldman Sachs, Bank One Corp. (now part of JPMorgan Chase & Co.) and General Electric Co.'s capital unit. He will relocate to Atlanta from Santa Clara, Calif., where he led the development of Silicon Valley Bank's global IT strategy.
