The keynote speaker will be Jayson Myers, President and CEO of the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters Association (CME). CME is Canada's largest trade and industry association, with a membership that accounts for 75% of total manufacturing production and 90% of Canada's exports. Other speakers include Hans Gant, Senior VP of Economic Development for the Metro Atlanta Chamber; Ken Stewart, Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Economic Development; and Brian Oak, Consul General of Canada in Atlanta. SEUS//CP will be held in St. John's, Newfoundland from July 26-28, 2009. The annual conference explores business investment and trade opportunities between six Southeastern states and seven Canadian provinces.
