On February 8th, Mr. Abdoul Wahab Haidara will discuss human rights. He is currently the Second Counselor of Senegal's Permanent Mission to the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland. In this capacity, he serves as his country's representative to the United Nations Humans Rights Council.
