In 2008, Academy Award-winning actor Morgan Freeman paid for the first-ever racially integrated senior prom at Charleston High School in Mississippi, even though the school had been desegregated for decades. In this acclaimed documentary, filmmaker Paul Saltzman follows students, parents and teachers as they prepare for the big day.
