An open forum featuring Professor Hanchao Lu of Georgia Tech. A native of Shanghai, Dr. Lu's research focuses on his home city. He is a Senior Research Fellow at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in Shanghai, assistant director of the China Research Center and a prize winning author.
